  1. How do I become a WTS member?

    Information about membership types and costs and how to join can be found here. If you have questions that cannot be found on this page, please contact the WTS International office at 202-955-5085 or email membership@wtsinternational.org. (As the office is located in Washington, DC, please note the three-hour time difference.)
     

  2. How do I renew my WTS membership?

    Please renew your membership by going to the WTS International website's membership renewal page. You will be asked for the log-in that you used when you first signed up. If you do not have your log-in information, please contact the WTS International office at 202-955-5085 or email membership@wtsinternational.org to get this information. (As the office is located in Washington, DC, please note the three-hour time difference.)
     

  3. How do I find my WTS membership number?

    Log into your account on the WTS International website. Click on “My Account.” Your member number is referred to as “Customer ID” and located directly under your name. 

    If you do not have your log-in information, please contact the WTS International office at 202-955-5085 or email membership@wtsinternational.org to get this information. The office will be able to help you access your log-in information and look up your WTS membership number. (As the office is located in Washington, DC, please note the three-hour time difference.)

     

  4. How do I sign up to receive announcements from the chapter?

    Please go to our chapter's home page. Scroll down to the bottom to a section that says, "Subscribe to our newsletter" and enter your email address in the box provided. 

     

  5. How do I volunteer with the chapter?

    We would be happy to have you join us! This page has information about our current needs. But we are always interested in hearing from you and what your interests are. Contact us at ProgramsWTSSanFrancisco@gmail.com

  6. When and where is the next WTS Annual Conference?

    The next Annual Conference will take place in May 2020 in Phoenix and is being organized by WTS International. This page will have conference information in late 2019. 

     

  7. How can I post a job listing on your chapter's website?

  8. How can I get my event or program listed on your website?

    Please email ProgramsWTSSanFrancisco@gmail.com with the following information: Your name, organization, program name and purpose, format (e.g., plenary, roundtable, panel), speakers, date, time, and registration fees. We will get back to you.

     

  9. What is the WTS Foundation? How do I donate to the WTS Foundation?

    WTS International and the WTS Foundation are two separate entities.

    WTS International and its chapters are a professional association and a registered non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(6), which covers groups organized to serve membership of a specific industry or profession. WTS International’s federal tax identification number is 52-168509.  

    Launched in 2009, the WTS Foundation was established to award scholarships to women who are pursuing careers in transportation through undergraduate and graduate programs. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded nearly $4 million in scholarship money. The WTS Foundation is a registered tax-exempt non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3). Contributions made to the WTS Foundation are deductible as charitable donations to the extent allowed by tax law. The Foundation’s tax identification number is 26-4058230.
